Welcome to InfoTech IT Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, products, and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Us

InfoTech IT Solutions provides professional IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Web Hosting & Domain Registration

  • Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Database Design & Management

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing any service from InfoTech IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

3. Service Agreement

The scope of every project will be defined through a quotation, proposal, invoice, work order, or written agreement.

Any additional features or modifications requested after project approval may require additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and project requirements.

  • Supply necessary content, images, logos, and documents.

  • Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials provided by us.

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals from the client are not the responsibility of InfoTech IT Solutions.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.

  • Development may begin after receiving the agreed advance payment.

  • Final project files, source code, or website migration may be delivered after full payment is received.

  • Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, subscriptions, and software licenses must be renewed before their expiration dates.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy

Payments made for custom software development, website development, digital marketing, design services, or consulting are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds for subscription-based services, if applicable, will be subject to the terms stated in the service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and provided content.

  • InfoTech IT Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable code libraries, methodologies, and internal development tools.

  • Ownership of custom-developed software or websites will transfer to the client after full payment has been received, except for third-party components and licensed software.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may include third-party products or services such as:

  • Domain Registrars

  • Web Hosting Providers

  • Payment Gateways

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers

  • Email Services

  • SMS Gateways

  • Maps, APIs, and Software Libraries

We are not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

9. Hosting Services

For hosting services:

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless backup services are included in their hosting plan.

  • Illegal, abusive, malicious, or prohibited content is not allowed.

  • Excessive resource usage may require upgrading the hosting package.

  • Hosting accounts may be suspended for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

10. Software License

Software developed by InfoTech IT Solutions is licensed only to the purchasing client.

Clients may not:

  • Resell our software without written permission.

  • Reverse engineer proprietary software.

  • Remove copyright notices or licensing information.

  • Redistribute licensed software unlawfully.

11. Support and Maintenance

Support services are provided according to the purchased support or maintenance plan.

Support does not include:

  • Features outside the original project scope

  • Third-party software issues

  • Client-made modifications causing system errors

  • Malware removal unless specifically included

12. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

Delivery timelines may change due to:

  • Additional feature requests

  • Client delays

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Force majeure events

13. Limitation of Liability

InfoTech IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except where required by law.

15. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments remain overdue.

  • The client violates these Terms.

  • Services are used for illegal or fraudulent activities.

  • Abuse or harassment is directed toward our staff.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

18. Changes to These Terms

InfoTech IT Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
